At NutriChef Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium cookware and appliances. If a product doesn't meet your culinary standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned kitchenware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
